I am a full level 3 coach in distance and level 2 in all the other diciplines of athletics. I have coached a number of athletes to the National age group championships in Canada. I was a decent provincial level distance runner, but whose interests were in the intermediate hurdles and steeple chase. I also act on a number of provincial T&F committees.
